PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing device and a control method therefor, capable of preventing generation of pseudo focusing even when image blurring of a pupil separation image due to saturation occurs while suppressing increase of a circuit scale.SOLUTION: An image displacement amount of each of a plurality of image signals obtained from a pixel in which a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts are provided to one microlens is calculated from a correlation amount on the basis of a differential value with an image signal. Thereafter, when the differential value used for calculating the correlation amount is equal to or a larger than a predetermined upper limit value, a predetermined value which is equal to or smaller than the upper limit value is used as the differential value. |
