PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of smoothly performing handover of each terminal without generating a decrease in wireless traffic even when a plurality of terminals simultaneously arrive near a cell boundary.SOLUTION: In a base station device in the base station for performing wireless communication with a plurality of wireless terminal devices that are simultaneously moved, the base station acquires information about the moving of each wireless terminal device from a signal obtained by wireless communication with each wireless terminal device, and manages respective wireless terminal devices whose information about the moving is similar as a group. The base station determines a target base station to the plurality of wireless terminal devices belonging to the group on the basis of the moving when a value based on information showing a communicating state with the plurality of wireless terminal devices belonging to the group is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold and transmits information specifying the plurality of wireless terminal devices belonging to the group to the target base station. |
