PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor diagnostic technique which prevents a defect such as burning from occurring by making it possible to detect the progress of abrasion of a fitting part of an outer ring of a bearing during operation of a motor.SOLUTION: The motor diagnostic device 10 includes: an input section 11 for inputting a waveform signal 41 reflecting movement of a rotation axis of a motor 20 from a sensor 40; an extraction section 14 for extracting a low frequency component with a lower frequency than the actual rotation of the motor from the waveform signal 41; and an abrasion determination section 15 for determining whether or not abrasion exists in a fitting part 22 of a bearing 30 of the motor 20 on the basis of the low frequency component.
