PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which supply of liquid from a liquid supply portion to a liquid introduction port may be inhibited in a conventional liquid storage container.SOLUTION: A liquid storage container supplies liquid via a device side filter 642 of an introduction portion provided in a device consuming the liquid. The liquid storage container includes: a container that includes a storage portion for storing the liquid; and a container side filter 273 brought into contact with the device side filter 642 when the liquid storage container is mounted to the device. The container is provided with a discharge port 291 for discharging the liquid inside the storage portion to an outside of the container. The container side filter 273 is provided with recessed portions 295 recessed from a device side filter 642 side toward an inside of the container on a surface of the device side filter 642 side. The recessed portions 295 extend from an inside of an overlapping area that is an area where the container side filter 273 and the device side filter 642 overlap with each other to an outside of the overlapping area.
