A method for manufacturing a composition for relieving skin diseases using a castor bean includes the steps of: obtaining an extract by heating and compressing the castor bean and a sunflower seed; separating the extract by using purified water; separating a castor extract by using organic solvents; filtering the composition and a sunflower seed extract with cellulose cartridges; purifying the castor bean composition after a concentration process; and adding the sunflower seed extract to the extract with 5 to 30% in comparison with the castor bean extract.
