The present invention provides a culture medium for lactic acid bacteria using fermented water used for washing rice and a method for manufacturing the same. The fermented water used for washing rice according to the present invention has an excellent effect in growing the lactic acid bacteria, thereby being able to be used as a raw material for the lactic acid culture medium. The culture medium for lactic acid bacteria can be manufactured with lower costs compare to expensive bacterial culture media, most of them are imported, and prevent environmental pollution by using the used water for washing rice, a waste resource, to develop the culture medium, and create an added value, thereby being expected to greatly contribute in economic aspects. |
