PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a temperature of an exhaust gas upon particulate filter regeneration without post injection and exhaust pipe injection.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device includes: a filter 13 provided on an exhaust passage 12 of an internal combustion engine 11 and collecting particulate matters in an exhaust gas; an oxidation catalyst 14 provided on the exhaust passage 12 on an exhaust upstream side of the filter 13; a fuel injection device 15 jetting fuel into a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine 11; operation state detection means 31 for detecting an operation state of the internal combustion engine 11; fuel injection pressure control means 32 for controlling a fuel injection pressure of the fuel injection device 15 in accordance with the operation state of the internal combustion engine 11 detected by the operation state detection means 31; and regeneration period determination means 33 for determining a regeneration period of the filter 13. When the regeneration period determination means 33 determines that the filter 13 is in the regeneration period, the fuel injection pressure control means 32 decreases the fuel injection pressure of the fuel injection device 15 to a value lower than the fuel injection pressure controlled in accordance with the operation state of the internal combustion engine 11. |
