This clothes dryer (100) comprises: a drying chamber (320); an insertion port (116) through which clothes are inserted and removed; a door (120) that closes the insertion port (116); and a lint filter (510) detachably provided in the door (120). The door (120) has a housing unit (121) that faces the insertion port (116) and houses the lint filter (510). The lint filter (510) has a filter unit (511) and a frame unit (512). The clothes drier has a configuration whereby the insertion port (116) is closed in a state in which the upper end (121a) of the housing unit (121) of the door (120) and the upper end (512a) of the frame unit (512) of the lint filter (510) substantially align. As a result, the detachable lint filter (510) can be reliably housed in the door (120). |
