PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for predicting and notifying beforehand a vehicle of a pedestrian who is about to cross a roadway. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 2 held by the pedestrian includes: a transmitting section 23 for transmitting to a vehicle to vehicle communication device 1 loaded on the vehicle; an input section 26 for receiving the input of a destination by a holder; an acceleration sensor 29 for detecting the acceleration when walking; and a GPS receiving section 28 for receiving position information for measuring the position. In this case, the present position of the holder is recognized based on the position information received from the GPS receiving section 28, the walking action of the holder is restricted by a movement path set between the present position of the recognized holder and the destination, a preparatory action is detected before crossing due to variation in the pitch interval of the acceleration when walking from the acceleration sensor 29, whether of not the holder will cross the roadway is predicted based on the shape of the moving path in front of the proceeding direction from the present position of the holder when the preparatory action is detected, and the existence of the pedestrian having the possibility of crossing is notified to the vehicle to vehicle device 1 of the transmitting section 23 when crossing by the holder is predicted.
