PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver and the like capable of checking a viewing content selected in a sub channel while viewing broadcast selected in a main channel, in a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A digital broadcast receiver comprises: first and second reception units for receiving digital broadcast; a video decoder unit for decoding video data from digital broadcast received by the first reception unit; a first caption decoder unit for decoding caption data from the digital broadcast received by the first reception unit; a second caption decoder unit for decoding caption data from digital broadcast received by the second reception unit; a selection unit for selecting the caption data decoded by the first caption decoder unit or the caption data decoded by the second caption decoder unit; and an output unit which synthesizes the video data and the caption data selected by the selection unit and outputs the synthesized data. |
