PURPOSE: Pricking apparatus mounted on vulcanizer is provided to conduct pricking which accurately chooses air in vulcanizer. CONSTITUTION: Pricking apparatus mounted on vulcanizer comprises pricking apparatus (20) which is mounted on vulcanizer and a flicking needle which is operated in each tube with fluid pressure or air pressure to be seen and arranged so that the flicking needle faces a shoulder part of a green tire. The flicking needle arranged within the tube is operated by a actuator and stabs the shoulder portion of the green tire. A rail which operates actuator to move to multiple tubes is installed. |
