PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component housing for an electric vehicle which maintains or improves the cooling efficiency and an electromagnetic wave shield function while reducing the weight.SOLUTION: An electric component housing for a vehicle according to an embodiment of this invention includes: a housing made of a plastic material produced by injection molding, the housing where an upper surface is opened; a top cover made of a plastic material produced by injection molding and covering an opening surface of the housing; a base cover securely attached to a bottom surface of the housing; an electric component set securely attached to an upper surface of the base cover; and an internal cover which is housed in the housing and is used for covering the electric component set and shielding electromagnetic waves radiated from the electric component set.
