PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of suppressing a load applied between a light-emitting element and a substrate.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 includes a substrate 10 extending in a first direction, a sealing resin 20, and a light-emitting element 30. The substrate 10 has a flexible base 11, a plurality of wiring parts 12, and a groove 14 provided between the wiring parts 12. The sealing resin 20 seals the substrate 10 and the light-emitting element 30. The sealing resin 20 is separated from a first groove portion 141, extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, of the groove 14. |
