The present invention comprises an upper knife unit installed in the upper part of the side surface of a strip to clip part of the strip by rotation; a lower knife unit installed in the lower part of the side surface of the strip being transferred to clip part of the strip by rotation while recovering the clipped strip; a gear box unit connected to the upper knife unit and the lower knife unit to rotate the upper knife unit and the lower knife unit; and a transfer unit for moving the gear box unit back and forth. The present invention prevents the defects of produced products by clipping the side of the strip without stopping the transfer of the strip, thereby preventing the occurrence of pressed defects. |
