SHOULDER ABDUCTION ORTHOSIS

The invention relates to a novel shoulder abduction orthosis having a pelvic harness which comprises a pelvic shell, an abdominal plate and a back plate, wherein the abdominal plate and the back plate are each articulated to the pelvic bowl. The shoulder abduction orthosis according to the invention enables wearing of the orthosis without a shoulder belt. Furthermore, the shoulder abduction orthosis is easy to put on, in particular one-handed or in bed.
