The present invention relates to a device for driving an inner wheel. The device includes a first motor for providing power, a first planetary gear set which shifts the power of the first motor and transfers the power, a synchronizing hub which transfers power from the first planetary gear set to a hub, a selective sleeve which can be connected to or separated from the synchronizing hub and the hub, and a power controller which connects the synchronizing hub to the hub or separates the synchronizing hub from the hub by moving the selective sleeve. |
