The present invention relates to a high strength hot dip galvanized steel plate with excellent plating properties used in an electric appliance, a vehicle material, a construction material, and the like and plating adhesion and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a high strength hot dip galvanized steel plate with excellent plating properties and plating adhesion and a manufacturing method thereof capable of obtaining a high strength hot dip galvanized steel plate with excellent plating properties by controlling the heating condition in a direct heating furnace and the annealing heat treatment process condition when the high strength hot dip galvanized steel plate is manufactured by using a matrix steel sheet which contains an alloy element forming an oxide on the surface of a steel plate at the high temperature.
