<p>The invention relates to a machine for heat exchange with a product, said machine comprising: a tubular recipient (1) containing the product, said tubular recipient (1) having a cross-section with a U-shaped geometry; at least one thermal device for heating or cooling the product, said at least one thermal element comprising an inflow duct (2) and an outflow duct (3) for a heat transfer fluid; and at least one scraper blade arranged inside the tubular recipient (1) and designed to pull away the product inside said tubular recipient (1). The heating and cooling time of the product can therefore be accelerated as a result of a great improvement in the heat transfer, and the design of the components forming part of the machine according to the invention can be simplified.</p> |
