The scooter has a front assembly pivotally connected to a rear assembly by a folding-interlocking unit and including a front wheel (11). A rear portion of a footrest frame includes a rear fork supporting an axis of an aft wheel (21). The aft wheel has a size slightly lower than that of a front wheel. A combination of a support unit and an articulation unit (25) supports a bag or a case, or is used as a seat in the scooter. The combination rests on ground vertically in steady equilibrium when the scooter is in a folded configuration.
