PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixing device capable of achieving excellent miniaturization of air bubbles by increasing the velocity of an air flow while effectively preventing clogging.SOLUTION: A gas-liquid mixing device includes: an outer cylinder 11 provided with a plurality of projections 30 on a downstream side of an internal surface 11b; an inner cylinder 12 housed in the outer cylinder 11 with a space W1 from the internal surface 11b on an upstream side of a region where the projections 30 are arranged; and a ventilation port 16 supplying gas to a gap space S1 made of the space W1. A plurality of protrusions 50 protruding toward the internal surface 11b of the outer cylinder 11 are provided on an external surface of the inner cylinder 12 and on a downstream side of the ventilation port 16. The protrusions 50 include upstream protrusions 51 on the upstream side and downstream protrusions 52 on the downstream side. The upstream protrusions 51 have wider widths from the upstream side toward the downstream side while the downstream protrusions 52 have narrower widths from the upstream side toward the downstream side. The projections 30 are arranged on the downstream side of the downstream protrusions 52.
