PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage facility with simpler components in shape and allowing a drain riser to be easily renovated. SOLUTION: This drainage facility includes exchangeable connection constitution in which socket is provided at the end of one tubular structure out of two tubular structures connected at an upper end or axial intermediate position, connected to an upper floor drain pipe joint, of the drain riser 50, and insertion connection is held in a deeper insertable state of the socket and other tubular structure so that the drain riser 50 is removably connected by inserting the other tubular structure further deep into the socket. A receiving part 36 supporting the lower end face of the drain riser 50 is formed at an inner part of an upper socket 34 of a lower floor drain pipe joint 30 to which the lower end 59 of the drain riser 50 is insert-connected, and an elastic body 38 is interposed between the receiving part 36 and the drain riser 50. An annular packing 35 which is a separate member from the elastic body 38 is interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the upper socket 34 and the outer peripheral surface of the drain riser 50.
