The present invention relates to a cheese stick, which comprises a flour skin dip-fried in oil at a fixed temperature, first sweet potato mousse positioned on the surface of the flour skin and absorbing oil, cheese positioned on the surface of the sweet potato mousse, and second sweet potato mousse surrounding the cheese. The cheese stick of the present invention enables to feel intrinsic sweetness and the clean taste of sweet potato and the fresh taste of cheese at the same time by rolling the flour skin to have a fixed shape, dip frying in oil, and mixing sweet potato and cheese, and enables children in growth, the elderly, the infirm or patients, who are in need of specific nutrients or in malnutrition of specific nutrients due to imbalanced diet, to take necessary nutrients through natural diet. |
