PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble-containing double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has a bubble-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and of which the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is protected with a release liner whose releasing strength of a release treatment layer on a heavy release surface side is kept at suitable strength. SOLUTION: The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has at least the bubble-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and furthermore, is characterized in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is protected with the release liner, and as the release liner, a release liner at least having a release treatment layer formed of an ionizing radiation-hardening silicone-based releasing agent is used, and the releasing treatment layer formed of the ionizing radiation-hardening silicone-based releasing agent is used on the heavy releasing surface side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface. Also, for the double sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, a bubble-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed of a bubble-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in a form, in which gas components are mixed into a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, may be used.
