The present invention relates to channel processing device and method. An objective of the present invention is to realize the structure in which a cutter (8) and a puncher (12) perform a reciprocating motion from both sides of a cutting part (10) and a punching part (14) to the inside and outside of the cutting part and the punching part, so that the size of a channel (2) can be variously cut according to needs while the range to form an assembling hole formed in the channel (2) can be adjusted, thereby effectively coping with the change in the design of the channel (2). In order to accomplish the above objective, the present invention is characterized by including: a supply part (40) having a table (6) in which channels (2) are stacked; the cutting part (10) installed at an outlet of the supply part (40) to cut a portion of the channel (2); the punching part (14) installed at an outlet of the cutting part (10) to form a hole through the channel (2); a rotating part (16) installed at an outlet of the punching part (14) to rotate the channel (2) at an angle of 90°, a scratch part (20) installed at an outlet of the rotating part (16) for forming a stripe pattern on one surface of the channel (2); primary and secondary bending parts (24, 26) installed at an outlet of the scratch part (20) for sequentially bending both sides of the channel (2) to a bending unit (22); a discharge part (30) installed at an outlet of the secondary bending part (26) and having channels (2) stacked therein; a transfer part (32) installed at an upper portion of the supply part (4) or the discharge part (30); and a controller (34). |
