PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensor capable of detecting disconnection of wiring systems while duplicating wiring systems of two resolvers.SOLUTION: This rotation angle sensor 1 includes two resolvers 10, 20. The first resolver 10 outputs three-phase signals which vary according to a rotation angle &thetas;1 of a first rotation axis S1 by a fact that an excitation signal Vex is input in an excitation coil 12 via a first input line Wex1. The second resolver 20 outputs three-phase signals which vary according to a rotation angle &thetas;2 of a second rotation axis S2 by a fact that the excitation signal Vex is input in an excitation coil 22 via a second input line Wex2. Here, a resistor R1 for connecting between the two input lines Wex1, Wex2 is provided. In addition, a resistor R2 for connecting between a ground line Wgd1 of the first resolver 10 and a ground line Wgd2 of the second resolver 20 is provided. |
