The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing an upper case for the ABS unit of a vehicle to prevent the inner surface of a die bush and the outer surface of a cylinder from being scratched when the cylinder inserted into the die bush is escaping from the die bush due to pressure from a lower punch by tapering the inner surface of the die bush to expand the inner diameter of the die bush from one end to the other end of an inserted steel plate. In other words, the present invention improves process efficiency and reduces manufacturing costs by eliminating a grinding step for the surface of the cylinder in comparison with existing manufacturing processes which include post-processing steps. |
