A device for detecting the conditions of a road according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an amplification part for amplifying noise or vibration caused by a tire coming in contact with a road; a measuring part which is placed to be in touch with or to be adjacent to the amplification part to measure signals amplified in the amplification part; and a signal processing part for determining the conditions of the road on the basis of the signals measured in the measuring part. The amplification part is attached to the inner side of the tire in touch with the road to accurately determine the conditions of the road on which a vehicle travels by amplifying noise or vibration directly delivered to the tire from the road.
