PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device that can prevent sense of incompatibility and deterioration of drivability when turning control and gear shift control overlap.SOLUTION: A driving force control device that is connected with a transmission at an output side of a driving force source and is composed to perform driving force control, gear shift control to change a gear shift ratio of a transmission, and turn control to control the turn stability of a vehicle by changing the driving force generated in the driving wheel, is composed to stop turn control, and to hold correction amounts of a driving force by turn control before stop, when the gear shift control to change the gear shift ratio, and turn control to change the driving force generated in a driving wheel to control turn stability are overlapped (step S3), and to correct the driving force by driving force control by the correction amount held, when the turn control is stopped by the overlapping of the gear shift control and the turn control. |
