The present invention relates to a composition of elasticity insulation waterproof agents and a manufacturing method thereof which is capable of manufacturing one component type elasticity insulation waterproof agents by successively putting water, dispersing agents, synthetic resins, iron oxide (pozzolan), lightweight ceramics, sericite, and thickening agents, and mixing the ingredients in order to manufacture environment-friendly water paint and having a thermal insulation effect by 3-4°. Since the elasticity insulation waterproof agents are water paint, the elasticity insulation waterproof agents have high air permeability and waterproof effects, prevent the generation of smell and mold, and facilitate construction. Bubbles generated when the waterproof agents are manufactured can be removed without antifoaming agents like existing antifoaming agents by successively putting water, dispersing agents, synthetic resins, iron oxide (pozzolan), lightweight ceramics, 99% sericite, and thickening agents which are the raw materials of the one component type waterproof agents, mixing the ingredients, and mixing the ingredients again at low speed.
