The present invention relates to a column concrete filler capable of precisely constructed because the column concrete filler which is connected with the tip end of a concrete mixer pump is hanged in a crane and inserted into a column and then concrete fills the column, and the filling density is increased by hanging multiple high frequency vibrators on the lower end of the filling pipe so as not to generate clearance in the filling process, and also the process of filling the column is confirmed in real time by the mounted light and camera. To this end, the present invention includes a filling pipe which is inserted from the upper part of a column in order to filing the column with concrete, such that a reinforcing bar is smoothly inserted into a narrow space in which a reinforcing bar is arranged by having a nib type filling pipe guide hole which is manufactured of multiple thin steel sheets is provided in the lower end of the filling pipe. The concrete transferred from a concrete mixer pump is divided into a small rubber filling pipe and the column can be filled with the concrete. As above, if concrete is poured by using a column concrete filler, work hours can be saved and ultra high strength concrete which has less water can be precisely used without clearance. |
