摘要 The method involves applying electrically conductive trace (25) on the surface (30) of a lower layer (35). A recess (50) is formed in and/or on an upper layer (40). The two contact points of the trace are made contact with a current source, to carry out the current flow to the trace. The layers are pressed together, such that the trace is arranged between the layers. The materials of the layers along the trace are melted at a material-dependent temperature, and the materials of the layers are welded with each other, after cooling below a certain temperature. An independent claim is included for a micro-fluidic device.
