<p>The invention relates to a method for constructing a mast for in particular off-shore wind turbines. The mast consists of a main tube and struts that project obliquely downwards therefrom and connect the main tube to lateral pointed feet, wherein both the main tube and the struts consist of tube segments intended to be welded to each other. The method is characterised in that the tube segment(s) of the main tube to which the particular struts welded, is/are dismantled into individual parts corresponding to the number of struts to be welded on, wherein said individual parts are placed, with the curvature thereof upwards, on the ground, after which the struts are joined to the segment(s) and finally said individual parts are again welded together to form the tube segment that is joined on to the main tube.</p> |
