Provided is a polyether polyamide elastomer not only having excellent melt moldability, crystallinity and flexibility but having heat resistance. The polyether polyamide elastomer includes a diamine constituent unit derived from a polyether diamine compound (A-1) and a xylylenediamine (A-2) and a dicarboxylic acid constituent unit derived from an alpha,omega-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having a carbon number of from 4 to 20.
