PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an output of a diesel engine by a simple and inexpensive method.SOLUTION: There is arranged at least one support blower 6 which is driven irrespective of turbosupercharger stages 2, 3 of a diesel engine. The support blower is arranged at the downstream side of a turbosupercharger stages in a scavenging gas high-pressure side conduit passage reaching a plurality of combustion chambers 1 from the turbosupercharger stages, and designed so as to be continuously driven by the whole of a load region of the diesel engine for supporting the turbosupercharger stages. The reduction of a pressure difference usable for the turbosupercharger stages at the scavenging gas high-pressure side of the turbosupercharger stages accompanied by the post-treatment of an exhaust gas is compensated by supporting the turbosupercharger stages at the supercharging of the plurality of combustion chambers. |
