The present invention relates to a waste fluorescent light end-cutting apparatus comprising a conveyor for conveying waste fluorescent light; a hot wire arranged on both sides of the conveyor; a cold wire arranged consecutively in the backend of the hot wire; and a vacuum suction device interposed between the cold wire and the hot wire. The present invention provides a waste fluorescent light end-cutting apparatus which may accurately cut the base cap of the waste fluorescent light and may effectively separate and remove fluorescent materials.
