PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of controlling vertical movement of an aerial cable with respect to displacement of a tension generating means in a tension balancer for an aerial cable.SOLUTION: A shaft 106 of a link member 104 is pulled downward by the movable rod 107 of a coil spring assembly 108, and the link member 104 starts to rotate in a counterclockwise direction with a shaft 105 as a rotation center. At this point, force to draw a slider 114 in a left direction is applied by a connecting rod 111 connected to a shaft 112 and tension is imparted by the slider 114 to an aerial cable 116. Since the slider 114 moves in a linear direction on a rail 115, the aerial cable 116 does not vertically move even when the aerial line 116 is stretched or contracted. |
