A machine (1) for the pick-up and storage of track fastenings (2) of a track (3) has two track fastening pick-up devices (9). A track-laying gear (24) is arranged between said track fastening pick-up devices and the rear (with reference to one operational direction (6)) rail-mounted travel unit (4). Two devices (29) for the guiding of tracks (30) are provided on each longitudinal machine side which are arranged one behind the other in a longitudinal direction of the machine and are adjustable by drives (28) relative to the machine frame (5).
