The present invention relates to a flour dough injection apparatus, more specifically the flour dough injection apparatus for cleanly injecting flour dough into bread frames for instantly cooking fish shaped bread or flower shaped bread without overflowing the dough to the outside. The flour dough injection apparatus includes the following: a supplying container filled with the flour dough; a supplying hose connected to one lower side of the supplying container for transferring the dough; an injector connected to the end of the supplying hose with an injection pipe for transferring the dough to an injection hole; an elastic tube opening and closing member for opening and closing the injection hole; and an operation lever for opening and closing the elastic tube opening and closing member by operating a pressurizing unit surrounding the elastic tube opening and closing member. |
