摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of polymerization toner is provided to stably produce the polymerization toner, and to improve the yield of the polymerization toner compare to a conventional suspension polymerization method. CONSTITUTION: A production method of polymerization toner comprises the following steps: producing a watery phase containing distilled water and a suspending stabilizer; producing an oil phase containing more than one monomer, a coloring agent, a charge control agent, a crosslinking agent, and wax; dissolving an initiator in the monomer to produce an initiator solution; inserting the watery phase and the oil phase into an oil phase droplet assembler, and stirring to obtain first particle assembly suspension; inserting the initiator solution into the first particle assembled suspension, high-speed stirring the mixture to obtain fine suspension particles, and low-speed stirring the mixture to obtain final particle assembly suspension; and heating and polymerizing the final particle assembly suspension to obtain toner particles.
