PURPOSE: A blade attachment device for a bearingless rotor of a helicopter is provided to rapidly and easily fold a rotor blade by forming a detachable joint part between an airfoil blade and a flexible beam/cuff unit. CONSTITUTION: A blade attachment device (1) for a bearingless rotor of a helicopter comprises airfoil blades (2), a flexible beam (3), control cuffs (4), and joint parts. Each of the airfoil blades has a tip end portion and a root end portion. A pitch shaft is formed from the tip end portion to the root end portion. The flexible beam has a body and a head. The head is formed on the end of the body. The control cuffs surround main parts of the flexible beam and are extended along the main parts. The joint parts are detachably formed between the airfoil blades and the flexible beam and between the airfoil blades and the control cuffs. |
