PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine including a segmented cover assembly.SOLUTION: First and second grooves extend circumferentially along a blade mounting region at a radial offset from one another relative to a rotational axis. A segmented cover assembly includes a plurality of cover segment sets configured to mount in the first and second grooves circumferentially along the blade mounting region. Each cover segment set includes a seal segment having a seal body with a lock mechanism, wherein the seal segment is configured to mount circumferentially along the second groove. A first lip extending along a first circumferential portion of a cover body is configured to mount circumferentially along the first groove, and a second lip is configured to mount circumferentially along the second groove adjacent the seal segment. The second lip includes a mating lock mechanism configured to couple with the lock mechanism of the seal body.
