PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the adjusting operation of a clearance and to remarkably reduce a time required for the adjusting operation.SOLUTION: A coating unit body 25 can be attached to the periphery of the insertion hole 13 of a casing 3, the coating unit body 25 is provided with an oil tank 29 insertable into the insertion hole 13 of the casing 3, a coating slider 31 is disposed on the bottom face side of the oil tank 29, the coating slider 31 can be moved along the tip 7t of a moving blade 7 via a guide rail 33 in a state where the coating unit body 25 is attached to the periphery of the insertion hole 13 of the casing 3, and an electrode holder 37 of holding a discharge electrode 39 is disposed on the coating slider 31 so as to be movable in the upper and lower directions.
