摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A hybrid thermometer designed by DNA bond by controlling temperature is provided to verify enzyme reaction and to be used as a temperature index when a nano-device is manufactured without harm. CONSTITUTION: The temperature property and DNA stability are determined by the ratio of A, T, G, and C in a primer designed by DNA sequence. G and G are dissociated at relatively high temperature. A and T are dissociated at relatively low temperature. The size of a DNA sequence is 10 mer or longer. A specific temperature is measured by double helix formation ELISA absorbance when a semiconductor is manufactured.</p>
