PURPOSE: A medical instrument for a vertebral body interspinous spacer transplantation operation is provided to reduce the recovery time after an operation by minimizing the skin incision on a patient. CONSTITUTION: A supporting frame (110) is supported to be hung on a processus spinosus. A holder supports a spacer. A holder frame (120) inserts the spacer into the processus spinosus. The holder frame is installed rotatably on the supporting frame. A handle part(111) faces the holder frame.
