FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to machine building, particularly, to aerostatic slideways of metal cutters. Every aerostatic slideway comprises microgrooves with air feed nozzle where compressed air is fed. Said nozzle is 6 mm long and 4 mm in diameter and inserted in bore made in table body. Slideways arranged in vertical end plane feature spacing from slideway base surface to nozzle end surface equal to 0.1 mm while nozzle central bore diameter makes 0.22 mm.Nozzle end surface has conical chamber while nozzle lateral cylindrical surface has annular groove. Slideways arranged in horizontal end plane feature spacing from slideway base surface to nozzle end surface equal to 0.55 mm while nozzle end is furnished with cylindrical chamfer while microgrooves are arranged in nozzle end surface and feature depth of 0.45 mm and width of 0.4 mm.EFFECT: higher precision, reliability and efficiency.2 cl, 3 dwg |
