摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of a Stichopus japonicus extract is provided to offer excellent fat removal, immunity strengthening, anticancer, anti-diabetic, anti-stress, and hypertension prevention functions. CONSTITUTION: 10 parts by weight of Stichopus japonicas powder is mixed with 150-250 parts by weight of purified water, and the mixture is heated at 90°C for 20-30 hours (S101). The obtained extract is filtered (S103). 85-95 parts by weight of Stichopus japonicas extract is mixed with 2-4 parts by weight of red ginseng extract, 0.5-1 part by weight of oligosaccharide, 0.5-1 part by weight of honey, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of enzymatic treated stevia, 0.01-0.1 part by weight of citric acid, and 5-6 parts by weight of medical herb extract.
