PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a space by forming a foundation, on which a bearing wall is erected, so as to be narrow in width.SOLUTION: In a bearing wall A, a first column material 6 and a second column material 8 are erected on a foundation 2, the upper end of an inclined buckling restraining brace 10 is joined to the first column material 6, and the lower end of the buckling restraining brace 10 is joined to the base end 18 of the second column material 8. An anchor bolt 42 and a sub-anchor bolt 44, which are embedded in the foundation 2, are firmly fixed to a column base fitting B connected to the base end 18 of the second column material 8. As a result, a horizontal load from the second column material 8 is received by both of the anchor bolt 42 and the sub-anchor bolt 44. |
