PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with improved bending workability, weather resistance and fire resistance, while obtaining favorable adhesion between a surface protection layer forming an outermost layer of the decorative sheet and a layer disposed under the surface protection layer, and to provide a decorative metal panel having the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 includes a base material 1, a coloring ink layer 3, a primer layer 4 and a surface protection layer 5 in this order. The base material is made of a polyester-based film. The thickness of the base material 2 is 20-95 μm. The surface protection layer 5 is made of a cured material of a resin composition containing an ionizing radiation curable resin and a thermosetting resin at a ratio of 95:5-50:50 in mass ratio. The elongation of the cured material measured in conformity to JIS K6732 is at least 1%, and the elongation of the decorative sheet measured in conformity to JIS K6732 is 30 to 180%. |
