PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in wettability; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes: an acrylic polymer (A); and an polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether (B) in which a molecular weight is 200-1,000, wherein a content of the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether (B) is 0.1 pt.wt to 100 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt of the acrylic polymer (A). A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is made by forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a substrate.
