PURPOSE: Provided is to reduce server load and the time required for loading video commercial. CONSTITUTION: A client (100) requests a web document provided by a web server (300) (S101). Whether commercial content corresponding to script URL included in a script for a commercial or not is checked (S102). The clients transmit a request for performing the script through a video commercial providing system (200) (S103). Data is stored in a web browser cache (S104). The client compares validity information stored in data with current time (S105). After validity information is extracted, the validity information and the request for performing the script are transmitted through the video commercial providing system (S106). The client stores the content transmitted through the system (S107). The client receives the content through the web server and display the same on one side of the web document (S108).
